By using MeraNyota, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Use of the platform

You must be 13 or older to create an account.
You're responsible for the events you create and any content you publish.
Don't use MeraNyota to host illegal events, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights.
One person per account. Don't share login credentials.

Tickets and payments

When you purchase a ticket, you're entering a transaction with the event organizer, not with MeraNyota. We facilitate the payment via Stripe. Refunds are at the organizer's discretion.

Cancellations

Organizers may cancel events. If an event is cancelled, refunds (if any) are handled by the organizer. Reach out to them directly via the contact information on the event page.

Liability

MeraNyota is provided "as is." We're not responsible for the conduct of organizers, attendees, or anything that happens at an event. Use common sense; we're a calendar, not a chaperone.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify users by email at the address associated with their account when material changes are made. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
